I’m Esther Kloosterman, a seasoned Dutch sales and business development professional based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

With a background spanning hospitality, SaaS, Sales & Business Development, a degree in Hotel Management, and NIMA-B Consumer Marketing I help European companies establish and grow in the U.S. market. I built my career between Europe and the United States, giving me a unique perspective on how business is done on both sides of the Atlantic.

Where European companies often focus on product and structure, the US market runs on relationships, speed, and trust. Understanding that difference is what makes the difference between entering the market, and actually succeeding in it.

In the US, I act as a local advocate for the companies I work with. I represent your business on the ground, build relationships on your behalf, and open doors that would otherwise remain closed.

Over the years, I’ve developed a strong network and a relationship-first approach. Not because it sounds good, but because it works. The best opportunities don’t come from cold outreach or generic sales funnels, they come from trust, from conversations, and from being in the right rooms with the right people.

I don’t position myself as a traditional sales consultant. I act as a growth partner, someone who connects the dots and helps turn opportunities into real business.
